We ship orders using USPS and FedEx. Standard carrier rates apply. However, we offer free shipping for orders of $150 or more. **Free shipping is only available for orders shipped to addresses within the 48 mainland U.S. states.**
It’s important to us that you’re completely satisfied with your Portabella Online purchase. We accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached. Sorry, but we will not be able to accept returns on socks, underwear, undershirts, or anything you may wear directly on your body. To return dress shirts, they must be unopened and in their original packaging.
When returning footwear, shoes must be placed inside of the original manufacturer’s shoe box, then inside of a separate shipping box. DO NOT write on the original manufacturer’s shoe box, or tape it closed; DO NOT use it as a shipping box. Footwear returns will not be accepted if shoes and shoe box are damaged.
To send an item back to us, please enclose the Portabella Online invoice which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as Portabella Online cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Due to our rapidly changing store inventory, Portabella Online does not process exchanges. We suggest that you send your merchandise back to us for a refund, and place a new order with us at any time.
